Your happiness is important to us, yet due to the hygiene nature of the products we sell, and for health safety concerns for our valuable customers and employees, our products are non-returnable (all sales are final).

In the unlikely circumstances that you receive a defective product, please contact us at within 1 week of receipt of your purchase with pictures or videos of the issue as well as a detailed description. Tag “Request for Store Credit” in the subject line. We will do our best to follow-up with our warehouse and manufacturing to better understand and rectify any product-related issues.

General wear and tear of our products is exempt from this policy (e.g. washing product without attention to care instructions).
